Yes. As Blackwell Kids Co. grows, we are intentionally transitioning toward using AI-created models in some of our lifestyle imagery.
Children's privacy matters to us. Using created models allows us to bring the Blackwell world to life while being thoughtful about the digital footprint and long-term online presence of real children.
Our products and designs are real, and we work to represent garment colors, artwork, graphic placement and product details as accurately as possible. AI-created lifestyle imagery is used to communicate the styling and world surrounding Blackwell—not to misrepresent the product you're purchasing.

Sizing varies by product. Many pieces in The Blackwell Uniform are available across Toddler, Youth and Adult sizing because we don't think kids should have to outgrow Blackwell.
Available sizes are listed on each individual product page.
Check the size chart included in the product gallery before ordering. For the best comparison, measure a shirt or sweatshirt your child already owns and loves and compare those measurements with our chart.
Fit notes are also included on individual product listings. If you're between sizes or prefer a more oversized look, sizing up may be appropriate depending on the garment.
To offer Blackwell pieces across a wide range of sizes, we sometimes use different garment manufacturers for Toddler, Youth and Adult sizing.
Because of this, toddler colors may vary slightly from their Youth and Adult counterparts, and the fit or construction may not be identical.
We choose the garment we believe works best for each size range while keeping the overall Blackwell look and feel as consistent as possible.
No. Different Blackwell pieces may use different garments and silhouettes.
Some styles have a relaxed streetwear fit, while others have a more traditional fit. You'll find specific fit information and size charts on each product page so you can choose the best size before ordering.
Processing times vary depending on the products in your order. Some Blackwell pieces are Ready to Ship, while others are Made to Order or created by hand.
Please check the individual product listing for the most accurate processing time before ordering.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.
If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, your order may be held until all pieces are complete so they can ship together.
If you need a Ready to Ship item sooner, we recommend placing it as a separate order.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because some Blackwell products are made, customized or prepared specifically for your order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Custom, personalized and certain made-to-order or one-of-one products may be final sale.

We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, photography and lighting can cause colors to appear slightly different in person.
Toddler garments may also vary slightly from Youth and Adult colors when different manufacturers are required.
Hand-dyed, painted, distressed, reworked and one-of-one pieces may have natural variations. Those differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

For most printed Blackwell apparel, we recommend washing inside out in cold water with like colors and avoiding excessive heat to help preserve both the garment and artwork.
Hand-dyed, painted, reworked or specialty pieces may require additional care, so please follow the instructions provided with that particular product.
Some Blackwell accessories, collectibles and fidgets contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards.
Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate. Please review the individual product listing for any additional age recommendations or safety information before giving an item to a child.
