Shipping policy

At Blackwell Kids Co., we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your READY TO SHIP items. MADE TO ORDER items will take 7-14 business days for your order to process before being shipped. All orders are processed in the order they are received, however some orders will ship sooner than others depending on the contents of the order.

Business days are considered Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and are not included in shipping times. Nationally and locally recognized holidays are not considered business days. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to keep you updated on your package’s journey. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly.

LOCAL PICKUP: 

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be notified via email that your order is ready for pickup, please be aware that our pick up times are between 8am - 5pm.
