The Cotton Candy Static Tee brings together hand-dyed color and one of our signature Blackwell graphics in a piece made to stand completely on its own.

The tee was hand-dyed by Blackwell Kids Co. in a diagonal wash of dusty pink, berry, lavender and soft blue. Deeper streaks cut across the softer watercolor areas, creating that imperfect, almost static-like movement that makes the dye pattern so good.

Finished with the white dripping Blackwell smiley at the chest, it's playful without feeling overly sweet—the Blackwell version of cotton candy.

THE REWORKED DIFFERENCE

This one gets a double Blackwell treatment.

The original garment was individually hand-dyed, allowing pink, purple and blue pigment to move diagonally across the fabric. Some areas developed deeper saturated streaks while others remained soft and hazy, creating a finish that can't be precisely duplicated.

We then added the Blackwell smiley graphic to finish the piece.

No manufactured dye repeat. No second shirt with this exact placement.

This exact combination happened once—and this is the tee.
